Depending on your computer firewall setting, you can also login to your ftp directly from My Computer as follow:

ftp://username@yourdomain.com
Username: yourusername
Password: yourpassword

If the ftp account is sub-ftp, you need to access this way

ftp://username@yourdomain.com
Username: subusername@domain.com
Password: yourpassword

Note that this information is CASE-SENSITIVE! and also username for sub-ftp will be username@domain If your address bar is not enable, please click on view -> Toolbars and select address Bar. at the address bar type: ftp://username@yourdomain.com and then fill-in your username and password.
