Do you offer Windows or Linux plans? |

I'm getting errors when publish with Front page |
Front page is considered obsolete as Microsoft stop producing this software few year back. However if you still using Microsoft Front Page to develop your website you may refer to the possibility below: The most common problem is not using the full url when uploading your site. Make sure you use the entire http://www.domain.com in the address you are attempting to publish to. |
I've uploaded my site but why I still see under construction? |
You are still seeing the default index.html page set up when you ordered your hosting plan through us. Make sure to delete that old index.html page, then your site should resolve correctly. |
Can I name my index page as index.php instead of index.html |
Yes, index.php will work as a main page of your website if index.html or index.htm is not within the same folder. |
How do I upload my webpage? |
You will need to either use the file-manager built into your control panel, or use FTP client. There are many free open source FTP software that can be downloaded for free.

What is your refund policy? |
No refund will be made for domains name registration once the domain had been registered as payment for domain is made to Registrar. Refund is only applicable for Web Hosting if you are not satisfied with our service within 7 days from order date subject to 10% administrative charges. |
How do I setup additional FTP Account? |
You can create additional FTP account according to the maximum allowed under your package. To create your FTP account, Simply login to your cpanel choose FTP Manager -> then select FTP Account -> add FTP Account, give the username and password for this newly created FTP account. |
How do I reset my FTP Password |
You can change your password from cPanel. Unless you lost your cPanel password please submit support ticket to http://www.firstonline.com.my/support so our technical staff can reset it for you. The password will be automatically delivered to your email that registered in our database. If you have change your email address please notify us immediately. |
Can I access FTP via My Computer |
Depending on your computer firewall setting, you can also login to your ftp directly from My Computer as follow:

Why I failed to access my domain cPanel after entering wrong access password several times |
Please take note that your domain is protected by our firewall against intrusion and unauthorized access. If login password are being enter by error continuously for 5 times the IP address of the user will be blocked by our firewall. If you accidentally entering your password by error (either email password or cPanel password) continuously for 5 times and being blocked by our firewall, please obtain new IP address by restarting your modem and router, you will then able to access again. Alternatively you may wait for 60 minutes for the blocked IP address to be released. |
How do I access my webmail? |

How to setup my Email account in Microsoft Outlook or any other email software? |

Will spam be deleted before I retrieve my email? |
By default only high scoring spam will be deleted, however you can choose to deliver this email by changing the setting in your cPanel under MailScanner. Any email reported by the system as spam will have the subject line modified and header tagged to indicate them so that you can automatically filter them from your inbox and place them in a separate folder so that you can check them at a later time. You can configure MailScanner to delete or deliver email marked as Spam and/or Definitely Spam for you. |
Should I tell you about incorrectly tagged spam? |
Not unless it is an email from someone you regularly receive email from. The simplest thing to do would be to add an extra inbox rule in your email client to keep email from them in your inbox. Alternatively, you can add them to your whitelist in the cPanel MailScanner configuration. This is how whitelist can be done: |
